At Luxury Perfumes, we want you to love every fragrance you purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
For hygiene and quality reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photos of the item and packaging to resolve the issue quickly.
Eligible cases will receive a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you would like a different fragrance, please place a new order and return the original item (if eligible).
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
