At Luxury Perfumes, we want you to love every fragrance you purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.

  • For hygiene and quality reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We may request photos of the item and packaging to resolve the issue quickly.

  • Eligible cases will receive a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you would like a different fragrance, please place a new order and return the original item (if eligible).

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
